1 / Printing Methods, Colours & Variations
We offer three printing methods: digital, letterpress and foil. Not all printing methods are available for all products or services offered by Minley Creative Company. The availability of printing methods may vary based on the nature of the product or service.
Colours may appear differently on screen compared to the final printed product due to variations in monitors and the nature of different printing processes. Due to the handmade nature of letterpress and foil printing, there may be small variations in colour density and impression between individual prints. ​Colours may vary between digital proofs and the final product. Minley Creative Company will make reasonable efforts to match colours as closely as possible. Samples are available for purchase.
Please note that while we strive for consistency, variations in colour, texture, and positioning may occur during the printing process. Such variations are inherent to the nature of printing methods and are not considered defects.
2 / Design
Minley Creative Company reserves the right to make minor design adjustments based on the information provided by the client without changing the overall integrity of our designs.

Any major adjustments requested by the client before or after the initial proof, including but not limited to changes to fonts, designs, placement, or other custom work, will incur a customization fee of $500 and must be paid prior to initial or revision proof.
3 / Proofing Process
After receiving your order, we will provide digital proofs for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review all details, including text, layout, and design elements. Approving the digital proof indicates your acceptance of the design and your acknowledgment that it is ready for production.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs for accuracy, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, and layout. Minley Creative Company is not liable for errors or omissions once the client has approved the final proof.

In the event that errors are identified on the final printed product that were not present in the approved digital proof, Minley Creative Company will take responsibility for correcting these errors at our expense. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to report any such errors.
4 / Turnaround Time
The design process will begin within 2-5 business days after receiving all necessary information for your order, where you will receive your initial proof. Please respond promptly to any proofing requests to avoid delays in processing your order.
Our production timeline is contingent upon the availability of supplies from our vendors and in-stock materials. While we strive to maintain a consistent supply, any delays or shortages from our vendors may affect the overall timeline.
The printing method and paper selection you choose may impact the overall production timeline. Certain printing methods or specialty papers, such as handmade paper, may require additional time for processing.

Our standard production timeline is estimated to be within 3-6 weeks. However, please note that this is a general guideline, and the actual timeline may vary based on factors including but not limited to proof approvals, printing method, paper selection, vendor stock, and other unforeseen circumstances. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you in a timely manner.
5 / Privacy
Minley Creative Company collects and uses client information for business purposes only. We do not sell, share or transfer personal information with third parties.
6 / Errors
Minley Creative Company is not responsible for errors overlooked by the client during the proofing process. In the event of errors made by Minley Creative Company, corrections will be made at no additional cost.
7 / Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Once your order has left our studio, Minley Creative Company is not liable for any loss, damages, or delays caused by the courier.
8 / Cancellations & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, customers are unable to return or cancel orders.
9 / Payments
Payment for your order is due in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer payment plans or installment options. Please ensure that you are prepared to complete the payment in its entirety before proceeding with the order.
10 / Intellectual Property & Ownership
All designs, graphics, products and content created by Minley Creative Company remain the intellectual property of Minley Creative Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, custom illustrations, layouts, and designs. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute or copy any designs or images.
By submitting any content, such as text, images, or logos, for use in the design process, clients affirm that they have the legal right to use and reproduce such content. Minley Creative Company is not responsible for any infringement of intellectual property rights arising from client-provided content.
11 / Term Updates
We reserve the right to update and modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any modifications. By continuing to use our services after the posting of changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
